The Herbal Bear School of Botanical Medicine is now offering online classes!
Our online herbal classes will offer the same content as our in-person classes.
Online classes are "live" and each one is taught in real time with an instructor and the use of power point visual aids.
Students will receive, via e-mail, supplemental class notes and recommended reading material.
Students will have the ability to ask questions during the class by typing them in a comment box.
Students will also able to speak directly to the instructor after the class presentation, during a question and answer period.
There is no need for a high speed internet connection.
Our internet classes use slide presentations and a conferencing telephone connection.
And the best news - for a limited time we will be offering a discount on the price of our online classes!
*NOTE: because the online class uses the telephone for audio - only people located in the US can participate at this time.

How does an ONLINE CLASS work?
Its simple to use our webconferencing online class forum.
- Simply register for one of our online classes.
- We will ask you to provide the phone number you wish to use for the online class.
- Once your registration and payment has been received,
you will recieve a confirmation e-mail with with instuctions on how to link to the web conferencing site.
- Our conferencing system will call you on the telephone number you provided.
- The telephone connection will start 10 minutes before the actual class starts.
- Once the class starts - participants voice connections will be muted so that the instructor can present without background noise.
- You will be able to ask questions during the presentation by typing into a comment box on the internet web conference site.
- At the end of the class, the phones will be unmuted for a question and answer period.
