2010 Botanical Medicine Program - Easy Payment Plan

You are selecting to enroll in the 2010 Botanical Medicine Program using the Easy Payment Plan. The payment schedule is listed below. The registration process will bring you to our Student Application Form (please fill out the form and press the submit button at the bottom). You will then be directed to the payment page. Complete the payment and your application is then complete.

Summary of Easy Payment Plan

  • $3600.00 - paid in 6 installments:
    1. $600.00 made by April 15 - payable upon registration.
    2. $600.00 made by May 15 (automatic credit card payment)
    3. $600.00 made by June 15 (automatic credit card payment)
    4. $600.00 made by July 15 (automatic credit card payment)
    5. $600.00 made by August 15th (automatic credit card payment)
    6. $600.00 made by Sepetmber 15th (automatic credit card payment)
  • After initial payment, fill out and fax, or mail authorization form for the subsequent automatic credit card payments.
  • Payment Plan may only be made with automatic credit payments.
  • No refunds will be made.
  • Students must be current with all payments to attend class.
